2. Description of Service

SermonTranscribe.com provides automated AI-powered transcription and content generation tools for sermons and speeches. You acknowledge that while we strive for the highest accuracy, AI-generated content may have imperfections and should be reviewed.

3. Subscriptions & One-Time Payments

Certain aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription or one-time payment basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly). One-time payments grant isolated access to specific features (such as processing a single sermon for 24 hours). Payments are securely processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard.

4. User Content

You retain all your ownership rights in your uploaded audio and video content. However, by uploading content, you grant us the right to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing you with our transcription and AI generation services. You warrant that you have the necessary licensing, rights, consents, and permissions to upload and process the media you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or process illegal, unauthorized, copyrighted (without permission), or explicit material.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Resell or redistribute the service interface without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SermonTranscribe.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
